How to Participate
🚀 Joining FuTech Champ 2026 is simple! Follow these easy steps to register your school and prepare your students for India’s most exciting AI & Robotics Championship.
🏫 Step 1: Appoint a School Coordinator
Nominate a School Coordinator who will serve as the official point of contact between your school and TechGuru Guild.

The coordinator will receive all updates, training schedules, examination instructions, and support throughout the championship.
📢 Step 2: Promote the Championship
Receive professionally designed promotional materials from TechGuru Guild and share them with students and parents through:

📣 Social Media Channels
This helps ensure maximum student participation.
💰 Step 3: Complete Student Registration
Collect the ₹200 participation fee from each interested student.
✅ Your school will retain ₹100 per student as handling charges.
💳 Transfer the organiser’s share as per the payment instructions provided on the Enrollment Page.
📚 Step 4: Prepare Your Students
Receive Digital Books, learning resources, practice materials, and guidance from TechGuru Guild.
👨🏫 The School Coordinator should:
- Attend online webinars and orientation sessions.
- Stay connected with the TechGuru Guild support team.
- Guide students using the provided study materials.
💻 Step 5: Conduct the Online Examination
Organise the online examination at your school on the scheduled Sunday examination date.
👩🏫 The test should be conducted under the supervision of your teaching staff to ensure a smooth and fair examination process.
🏆 Step 6: Results & Awards
🎯 Results, merit lists, and winners of both competition groups will be published on the official website.
🎁 Awards, certificates, and prizes will be dispatched to the respective schools within 10 days of the declaration of results.
🎉 Step 7: School Felicitation Ceremony
Celebrate your students’ achievements with a Special Award & Felicitation Ceremony at your school.
🏅 The ceremony will be organised on a mutually convenient date, where winners will be honoured and recognised for their outstanding performance in FuTech Champ 2026.
