Please read all the rules carefully before submitting your registration.
Eligibility
The contest is open only to regular students studying in Classes 3–5 (Group A) and Classes 6–8 (Group B) during the Academic Session 2026–27 in any recognized school in India.
Parent & School Approval
Participants must obtain the approval and guidance of their parents or guardians and school authorities before participating. The organizer may verify the approval through the contact details provided.
Event Schedule
The schedule for registration, contests, results, awards, and all related activities will be announced on the official website and official social media platforms. Updates may also be shared through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Telephone. Participants are responsible for checking these channels regularly.
Change in Schedule
The organizer reserves the right to modify the dates or timings of registration, contests, results, awards, or any other activity without prior notice. Updated information will always be published through official communication channels.
Final Decision of the Jury
The decision of the Jury shall be final and binding on all participants. No appeal, objection, claim, or representation regarding evaluation, rankings, merit lists, awards, or any other decision shall be entertained.
Application Rejection / Disqualification
The organizer reserves the right to reject any application, cancel any registration, or disqualify any participant at any stage without assigning any reason. No correspondence regarding such decisions shall be entertained.
Incorrect Information
If any information submitted by a participant is found to be false, incorrect, misleading, or incomplete, the candidature may be cancelled at any stage of the contest.
Participation Fee
The registration or participation fee, once paid, is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Technical or Unavoidable Issues
If a participant is unable to appear for or complete the contest due to power failure, internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, natural calamities, personal reasons, or any unforeseen circumstances, the organizer shall not be responsible and no re-test or alternative opportunity shall be provided.
Right to Postpone or Cancel
The organizer reserves the absolute right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the contest, either wholly or partially, at any time. Such information will be published through official communication channels.
Official Communication
All announcements, notifications, and updates published on the official website or communicated through the registered Email address, WhatsApp number, SMS, or Telephone shall be deemed sufficient and binding.
Acceptance of Rules
Submission of the registration form and payment of the participation fee shall be deemed as acceptance of all the Rules, Regulations, Terms, and Conditions of FuTech Champ 2026.
Organizer's Rights
The organizer reserves the right to interpret, amend, modify, or introduce additional Rules and Regulations whenever necessary for the smooth conduct of the contest. Such decisions shall be final and binding on all participants.
Code of Conduct
Any participant found indulging in unfair practices, impersonation, misconduct, use of unauthorized assistance, or violation of contest rules shall be disqualified without any refund or compensation.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to FuTech Champ 2026 shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.

What is FuTech Champ 2026?
FuTech Champ 2026 is a technology-focused championship designed to encourage students to develop knowledge and interest in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and related future-ready technologies. Please refer to the official competition information for the current eligibility, rounds and schedule.
Who is organizing this contest?
The championship is organized by K12 TECHGURU GUILD, a team of educators specializing in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Cybersecurity.
Who can participate?
Participation is subject to the eligibility criteria announced for the particular competition. Students should participate through their school and follow the classes, age groups and nomination rules specified in the official contest notice.
Who is not eligible to participate?
- Direct applicants who do not register through their school.
- Relatives or family members of staff from the organizing or sponsoring companies.
- Special needs students, as stated in the current competition eligibility rules.
Who will evaluate the test papers?
A panel of trained Computer, AI and Robotics teachers from K12 TechGuru Guild will evaluate the tests, with support from AI-based tools where applicable.
Who will be the jury members?
The jury will consist of experienced teachers specializing in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from K12 TechGuru Guild.
What if I don't win the contest?
Don't worry! Every participant will receive a certificate and gain valuable knowledge and exposure in Computer Science, AI and Robotics.
How will the prizes reach the winners?
Prizes will be delivered through the participating schools.
Are the prizes guaranteed to work properly?
Products come with the applicable manufacturer's guarantee and will be purchased online, allowing winners to follow the seller or manufacturer's replacement process for defective products. K12 TECHGURU GUILD is not responsible for defective products supplied by manufacturers or sellers.
Registration & Fees
How can students register?
Students can register through their schools. Once valid documents and required registration information are received and verified, eligible students will receive their login credentials for the contest.
Can students register directly?
No. Students are required to register through their participating school in accordance with the competition's registration process.
Is there any fee for participation in Tech Titan Quiz?
Yes. The entry fee is Rs. 200/- per student. This fee covers the provision of learning material, a digital book, practical training support through school teachers who attend practical sessions via webinar, and the cost of the participation certificate.
What happens after registration?
After the registration information and required documents are received and verified, registered students will receive their login credentials and information about accessing the relevant learning and contest resources.
Can registration details be corrected after submission?
If a correction is required, the school coordinator should contact the TechGuru Guild team as soon as possible with the student's registration details. Corrections are subject to verification and the applicable stage of the registration process.
Test, Dates & Results
What if I cannot attend the online test due to internet issues or any other reason?
Unfortunately, no extra attempt will be provided. Participants should ensure that they have a reliable internet connection and suitable device before starting the online test.
Can the dates of the test or results change?
- The School Round date will be finalized with the consent of the Principal.
- For the National Level, dates will be published on the official website.
- Participants and schools should regularly check official announcements for any changes.
How will the merit list be available?
The merit list will be published on the official website. Results will also be communicated to participating schools through the registered email and WhatsApp details of the school coordinator, where applicable.
When will results be announced?
Results will be announced according to the official competition schedule. Please check the website regularly for the latest result announcements and updates.
What happens if two students receive the same score?
Any tie-breaking procedure, if required, will be applied according to the official rules of the relevant competition and communicated by the organizing team.
Will students receive a certificate for participation?
Yes. Participants will receive a certificate in accordance with the certificate rules of the competition.
Study Material & Learning
How will I receive the study material?
Study material will be sent through the participating school and also to the registered email address, where applicable.
What resources will registered candidates receive?
Registered candidates will receive study materials through email and WhatsApp. Additional downloadable resources may also be made available on the website after registrations close.
How do students access the LMS?
Students should use the login credentials provided after successful registration. The school coordinator should contact the TechGuru Guild team if a student has difficulty accessing the LMS or receives incorrect credentials.
Where can I download brochures and forms?
Visit the Downloads page for brochures, forms and other available resources. Some resources may be provided only to registered schools or participants.
Will students receive practical learning opportunities?
Where included in the relevant programme, students will receive practical learning support through school teachers participating in training and webinar-based practical sessions.

Who is the school coordinator?
The school coordinator is the person designated by the school to manage communication, student participation, registration information, schedules and official updates between the school and TechGuru Guild.
How will schools receive important announcements?
Important updates may be communicated through the official website, registered school email and WhatsApp details of the school coordinator. Schools are advised to check official announcements regularly.

Where can I ask additional questions?
You can submit your queries through the website ChatBot or contact the TechGuru Guild team. Website ChatBot queries are expected to receive a response within 3 working days.
What should I do if I forget my login credentials?
Students should first contact their school coordinator. If further assistance is required, the school coordinator can contact TechGuru Guild with the relevant registration details for verification.
What should I do if I face a technical problem during registration?
Take a screenshot of the issue, note the student's registration details and contact the TechGuru Guild team through the available support channels. Please avoid submitting multiple registrations for the same student unless instructed by the support team.
